- Gather paper, crayons/markers for each student.

Introduction & Hook

- Engage: Greet students and ask them about their favorite things about Halloween, especially costumes. (Refer to My Spooktacular Outfit! Slide Deck Slide 1-2)
* Introduce: Explain that today they will be designing their very own 'Spooktacular Outfit' for Halloween! (Refer to Teacher Script: My Spooktacular Outfit! for guiding questions.)

Brainstorming Costumes
5 minutes
- Discuss: Lead a brief discussion about different types of costumes (animals, superheroes, fantastical creatures). Ask students to share ideas for what they might want to be. Focus on descriptive words like 'scary,' 'sparkly,' 'fast,' 'fluffy,' 'colorful.' (Refer to My Spooktacular Outfit! Slide Deck Slide 3-4 and Teacher Script: My Spooktacular Outfit! for prompts.)
* Introduce Activity: Explain they will draw their own costume idea.

Design Time!
10 minutes
- Distribute: Hand out the My Spooktacular Outfit! Worksheet and crayons/markers.
* Create: Instruct students to draw their 'Spooktacular Outfit' in the designated space. Encourage them to use lots of colors and details. Remind them to think about what makes their costume special. (Refer to My Spooktacular Outfit! Slide Deck Slide 5)
* Circulate: Walk around to provide support and ask open-ended questions about their designs (e.g.,
