Boost self-esteem while being physically active

This lesson aims to boost self-esteem among Achievers (ages 9-10) through a combination of physical activities and reflective exercises. Students will participate in an icebreaker, engage in a creative chalk activity, reflect on their experiences, and cool down with stretching and breathing exercises. This lesson helps students understand the connection between physical activity and self-esteem, encouraging positive self-affirmation and teamwork.
