In this 30-minute one-on-one lesson, the student will learn to recognize test-related anxiety, practice two coping strategies, and build confidence through reflection.

Helping a 3rd grader understand and manage test anxiety builds emotional awareness, reduces stress during assessments, and promotes a positive attitude toward learning.
