Cheer Strategy Outline

Students will learn to lead and use structured cheers to celebrate peers’ successes and reinforce positive behaviors, practicing roles and reflecting on the impact of these celebrations.

Structured cheers build community, provide immediate positive reinforcement, and boost engagement by giving students ownership in celebrating each other’s achievements.
