

In this 90-minute individual session, the student will identify personal anger triggers, recognize both physical and emotional cues of anger, and practice at least three calming strategies to self-regulate emotions effectively.
Understanding anger triggers and cues builds self-awareness, while practicing calming strategies empowers the student to manage emotions, reduce outbursts, and improve learning and peer interactions.
