Lesson Plan

Emotion Expedition Lesson Plan

Students will identify emotions using a visual wheel and practice three regulation strategies—deep breathing, counting to ten, and positive self-talk—through scenario-based role play and reflection.

Teaching emotional regulation fosters self-awareness, reduces stress, improves focus, and builds positive peer interactions, establishing students’ lifelong coping skills.
