Students will identify and practice healthy coping strategies for stress and anger, reflect on personal emotional triggers, and create a personalized “emotions toolbox” to use when feeling overwhelmed.

Building emotional regulation skills helps students manage stress, reduce impulsive reactions, and foster resilience and peer support—leading to healthier relationships and improved academic engagement.
