Empathy Explorers Lesson Plan

Students will learn that empathy means understanding and caring about others’ feelings. Through read-aloud, discussions, and activities, they will identify emotions and practice kind, supportive responses.

Building empathy supports social-emotional growth, strengthens classroom community, reduces conflict, and helps students connect and care for each other.
