Family Colors Lesson Plan

Students will learn that families come in many forms, including LGBTQ+ inclusive families, and will express appreciation for diversity by creating a colorful family portrait.

This lesson builds empathy and social-emotional skills by normalizing diverse family structures, helping all students feel seen and respected in the classroom.
