Lesson Plan

Feelings Rescue Mission

Students will learn to identify tough emotions and build a personal “feelings toolbox” of coping strategies they can use in stressful situations.

Helping 4th graders recognize and manage strong feelings fosters self-awareness, reduces classroom disruptions, and equips them with lifelong emotional regulation skills.
