Students will learn and practice two simple self-regulation strategies—“Focus Freeze” breathing and “Body Freeze”—to help them pay attention and stay still during class activities.
These self-regulation techniques give students concrete tools to manage their bodies and focus, reducing disruptions and improving engagement—especially for those with autism, intellectual or health impairments, and communication disorders.
