Lesson Plan

Radar Training

Students will learn to detect their early physiological and emotional signals of impulsive urges and practice at least two grounding techniques to pause before acting.

By spotting impulse ‘blips’ early and using grounding strategies, students build self-awareness, reduce risky behaviors, and improve decision-making.
