By the end of this session, students will design a culinary shop menu featuring breakfast items, soups and sauces, salads, and baked goods that demonstrates fundamental culinary skills, safety and sanitation standards, business planning principles, and regional specialties.
This lesson allows students to apply Massachusetts CTE Culinary Arts frameworks in a real-world context by integrating practical kitchen techniques with food safety, business planning, and local food traditions, preparing them for culinary careers.
