Leadership Superpowers Lesson Plan

Students will discover and understand the five leadership “superpowers”—Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence—apply them through role-play scenarios, and create a mini “superpower poster” showcasing how they use these skills in daily life.

Building leadership skills early boosts confidence, teamwork, and personal responsibility. This lesson helps 4th-graders recognize and practice traits that benefit their academic and social growth.
