Mindful Moments Lesson Plan

Students will learn and practice two simple mindfulness techniques—mindful breathing and guided visualization—to cultivate calm and present-mindedness. By the end of the 45-minute session, they’ll be able to use these tools independently during moments of stress or distraction.

Introducing mindfulness helps students manage stress, boost focus, and develop self-regulation skills that support emotional well-being and academic success.
