Mindful Mornings Presentation

Introduce mindfulness and intentions

This brief presentation introduces students from Kindergarten to 6th Grade to the concept of mindfulness and the practice of setting positive intentions. Through a quick breathing exercise and a mention of intentions, students will learn how to focus their minds and cultivate a positive mindset. This is important for helping students develop emotional regulation and a sense of calm, even in a short time.
