Mindful Breathing Plan

In this 15-minute session, the student will practice structured breathing exercises using visual cues and guided prompts to build self-management skills by recognizing emotional triggers and calming themselves.

Developing mindfulness and self-regulation supports academic focus and emotional resilience. This lesson provides individualized, Tier 3 supports aligned to CASEL self-management competencies.
