In this 50-minute individual lesson, the student will learn and practice three simple mindfulness techniques—deep breathing, body scan, and mindful observation—to help manage stress and improve focus. Through guided practice and a reflective worksheet, she will develop self-awareness and create a personalized mindfulness toolkit.
This lesson equips the student with practical strategies to regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and boost concentration. Tailored for Tier 3 support, it provides one-on-one scaffolding to build lifelong self-regulation skills.
