Reflect & Connect Plan

Students will engage in two guided community circles—first celebrating personal achievements, then sharing hopes for the future—to foster empathy, connection, and positive closure.

Community circles build trust, give every student a voice, and help 4th graders reflect on growth as they transition to summer, strengthening classroom bonds.
