Resolve Like A Pro

Students will learn and practice structured conflict resolution strategies—active listening, empathy, and compromise—through role-plays and a case study, and will reflect on applying these skills in real scenarios.

Effective conflict resolution fosters healthier relationships, reduces stress, and equips students with interpersonal skills critical for college, career, and daily life. This session builds self-awareness and collaborative problem-solving.
