Respectful Sunshine Circle Lesson Plan

Students will learn to recognize and practice respectful greetings and behaviors by engaging in a morning meeting greeting, group discussion, and peer role-play. They will identify respectful actions and demonstrate them with classmates.

Teaching respect at the start of the day builds a positive, inclusive classroom community. Early focus on respectful interactions supports social-emotional growth, peer relationships, and a safe learning environment.
