Lesson Plan

Stand Strong Lesson Plan

Students will learn to identify various forms of bullying, develop and practice assertive responses, and apply coping strategies to manage stress. By session’s end, the student will recognize bullying, use I-statements in role-play, and demonstrate two coping techniques.

Early intervention empowers students to handle bullying proactively, boosting self-confidence and emotional resilience. Equipping a 7th grader with assertiveness and coping skills reduces anxiety and promotes healthier peer interactions.
