Stress-Busters Squad Plan

Guide 3rd and 4th graders in a five‐session small group to learn and practice coping skills—deep breathing, positive self-talk, mindfulness, and problem-solving—while incorporating art-based reflections to manage stress and build resilience.

Teaching coping skills paired with creative expression helps students process emotions, improves self-regulation, and fosters peer support through visual reflection and discussion.
