Lesson Plan

Anger Regulation Lesson Plan

Students will identify their personal anger triggers, practice regulation strategies (deep breathing, emotion labeling), and reflect on applying these tools to manage strong emotions effectively.

Anger is a natural emotion, but without healthy outlets it can harm relationships and learning. Teaching regulation skills builds emotional resilience, improves self-control, and fosters a positive classroom environment.
