Test Time Superpowers Lesson Plan

Students will learn to recognize feelings of test-time anxiety and practice three simple coping strategies—deep breathing, positive self-talk, and using a calm-down bottle—and each child will demonstrate at least one skill by the end of the session.

Early teaching of self-regulation helps Pre-K children build emotional resilience and confidence. Learning coping tools reduces stress, promotes focus, and lays the groundwork for lifelong emotional wellness.
