Lesson Plan

Undersea Conflict Crew Plan

Students will learn to identify and practice three conflict roles—Sharks (create conflict), Jellyfish (avoid conflict), and Turtles (handle conflict)—through an interactive undersea game, discussion, and reflection. They will develop simple strategies to resolve disagreements positively.

Early conflict-resolution skills help first graders build empathy, communicate clearly, and maintain positive peer relationships. This lesson empowers them to recognize different responses and choose constructive approaches.
