Students will engage in community-building activities, create personalized name tags, explore classroom spaces, and co-establish expectations to foster a safe, collaborative learning environment.

This lesson sets a welcoming tone, builds social skills, clarifies routines, and helps every 2nd grader feel seen and supported from day one.
