Where Do You Stand? Lesson Plan

Students will identify and articulate their personal comfort levels in various scenarios, practice self-awareness, and build empathy by mapping their positions on a comfort continuum and reflecting on peer perspectives.

This lesson fosters behavioral supports by promoting students’ self-awareness of emotions and comfort zones while cultivating empathy and classroom inclusivity through shared discussion and reflection.
