Joyful Goal Introduction

Students will learn to distinguish meaningful, joyful goals from filler (“meh”) goals by sorting examples, completing a chart, and reflecting to set their own joyful goal, boosting motivation and self-management confidence.

By recognizing what makes goals personally meaningful, students will set more engaging and achievable objectives, enhancing self-awareness and persistence.
