Words Matter Healing Harm Plan

In this 30-minute restorative session, the student will explore the impact of racial slurs, develop empathy, practice a genuine apology, and make a personal commitment to respectful language.

Addressing the incident restores trust, helps the student recognize emotional harm caused by slurs, and builds empathy and communication skills for a positive classroom climate.
