In this 15-minute individual session, students will create and personalize a step-by-step morning routine to consistently arrive at school on time. This lesson is critical for building self-management and independence in an 11th grader’s daily life.
In this single 30-minute Tier 3 lesson, 8th grade students will visually map how they spend their time each day, using charts to illustrate their busyness and consider if they can fit in new activities. This critical self-reflection helps them make informed decisions about workload and personal balance.
A 15-minute individualized session for 8th graders to explore and plan engaging leisure activities at home, fostering self-care and creativity. This lesson empowers students to manage free time effectively and discover personal hobbies.
In this 30-minute, one-session lesson, 7th graders will discover essential personal hygiene habits and why they matter. Through engaging activities and discussions, students will learn practical steps to stay clean, healthy, and confident—skills that support lifelong wellness.
