A reflective journaling session series designed for 3rd grade parent groups after family council meetings. This 30-minute Tier 2 small-group lesson helps parents capture learnings, share feedback, and generate ideas for continuous improvement in school governance. Materials include a detailed lesson plan, a slide deck for guiding prompts, and a take-home reflection journal.
In this Tier 2 small-group project, elementary school parents and teachers learn to collaboratively design outreach materials and strategies to recruit diverse School Governance Council members. Over three 35‐minute sessions, participants build skills in family engagement, co-creation, and decision-making to strengthen school governance.
In this fun, 15-minute Pre-K lesson, students will learn why taking turns is important and practice sharing and patience. This foundational social skill helps children build friendships, cooperation, and emotional self-regulation, setting them up for success in group settings. Suitable for Tier 1 whole-class instruction.
