In this 5-session individual Tier 3 lesson for a student with selective mutism, we’ll introduce what anxiety is, explore its signs, causes, and coping strategies through interactive warm-ups, structured scripts, engaging activities, and personalized worksheets. Each 30-minute session is designed to build awareness, encourage nonverbal expression, and develop foundational skills to recognize and manage anxiety.
