In this 15-minute, one-session lesson, first graders will explore what kindness means and how to show it in their classroom and at home. Learning kindness early helps students build empathy, positive relationships, and a caring classroom community.

In this 30-minute, one-session lesson for 1st graders, students will learn what kindness means, why it’s important, and how to practice it in everyday situations. Through interactive discussions, role-playing activities, and reflection, students will build empathy and create a ‘kindness chain’ to inspire a caring classroom community.
