Breathing Basics Plan

Students will learn two simple breathing techniques—Bubble Breathing and Belly Breathing—to self-regulate stress, practicing a quick warm-up and individual exercises to build lifelong coping skills.

Teaching self-regulation through breathing helps students manage anxiety, improve focus, and foster emotional resilience in and out of the classroom.
