Sprint Session Outline
In a 15-minute one-on-one Focus Sprint, the student will complete two 5-minute concentration bursts on a chosen academic task with short breaks and reflection, targeting impulse control, task initiation, and sustained attention.
Many 7th graders struggle to maintain focus and self-regulate during tasks. This individual sprint session builds concentrated work habits through timed practice and reflection, strengthening self-management skills for academic success.
