Help 11th grade student-athletes identify and manage pressures from sports and academics through self-assessment, coping strategies, and SMART goal setting. By the end, each athlete will select at least one stress-management technique and create a concrete action plan to balance demands.

Student-athletes face unique stress balancing performance and coursework. This targeted session builds resilience, prevents burnout, and promotes both athletic and academic success through personalized strategies and goal planning.
