Push Stress Away Lesson Plan

Students will learn and practice “Wall Pushes,” a simple physical coping skill to manage frustration or stress, and reflect on when and how to use it.

Teaching Wall Pushes helps students channel physical energy to calm down, build self-regulation, and gain an accessible strategy they can use independently whenever they feel upset.
