Core Strength Focus Plan

Students will build core strength through guided bodyweight exercises and learn how protein supports muscle growth, enabling them to perform movements safely and make nutritious choices.

This Tier 2 small-group session provides extra support for students needing foundational fitness skills and nutrition knowledge, fostering confidence in exercise form and understanding of protein’s role in muscle repair.
