Tiny Zen Moments Lesson Plan

Students will practice simple mindful breathing and awareness techniques to recognize and calm emotions, with optional playful extensions in listening, movement, and gratitude to deepen their mindfulness experience.

Early exposure to varied mindfulness activities—breathing, listening, gentle movement, and gratitude—builds emotional literacy, self-regulation, and a toolkit for lifelong stress management.
